Shipping (USA)
Where we ship
This version of our store ships to the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia). All orders ship from our warehouse in Dresden, Germany.
Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). For pre-orders, the expected ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes, give you the new date, and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Made-to-measure shoes also ship to the United States. Production starts as soon as we receive your foot impression. The production time is shown on each product page. We send you the foot impression kit (Bespoke Box) free of charge, and returning your impression to us is free as well.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping (DHL): USD 19.95 flat rate per order
- Free shipping on orders of USD 350 or more
- Made-to-measure shoes: free shipping

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. These are typical delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, the carrier or other circumstances.
Duties and import taxes
US duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and paid with your order. You will not be asked to pay any additional duties, import taxes or fees on delivery.
Carrier
We ship with DHL. Final delivery in the United States is usually handled by a local DHL partner.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Returns and exchanges
You can return your shoes or exchange them for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense. For details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy (USA).
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact us as soon as possible at support@octavianoshoes.com. Please document any damage with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
