When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Germany and to Austria, and 3–5 business days to other EU countries. Shipping costs: Germany free, Austria €4.95, other EU countries €9.95. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do the shoes fit?
Our shoes fit true to size and correspond to the standard European sizing chart. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us – we will help you find the right size.

Can I return the shoe?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return. The shoe must be in perfect condition and only worn for trying on. You cover the return shipping costs, in Germany, Austria and the EU.

What is full-grain leather and why is it special?
Full-grain leather is the highest quality grade of leather available. The natural surface of the hide remains fully intact – without sanding, without artificial coatings. This makes it particularly robust, breathable, and durable. Over time, full-grain leather develops a unique patina, becoming even more characterful.

For a long lifespan, we recommend regular care with a high-quality leather care product. Our Octaviano Leather Care Set was specially developed for the care of full-grain leather and contains everything you need to keep your shoes in the best condition long-term.

How long do Octaviano shoes last?
With regular care, Octaviano shoes will accompany you for many years. Full-grain leather is naturally extremely robust and durable – a shoe made from this material is not a short-term expense, but a long-term investment.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order online at any time. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes, a size exchange is possible. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. The shoe must be in perfect condition and only worn for trying on. Within Germany, exchanges are free – we cover the return shipping and send out the new pair. In Austria and the EU, you pay for the return shipping, and we ship the new size free of charge.
