Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).
For pre-orders, processing times may be longer. The exact shipping date will be communicated via email.

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Austria: 1–3 business days
• EU: 3–5 business days
Shipping Costs
• Germany: free
• Austria: €4.95
• EU: €9.95
Shipping Carrier
Shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable service provider. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving the goods to request a return. The item must be in perfect condition, worn only for trying on, and must be returned with tags and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (Germany, Austria and EU).

Exchanges (Different Size)

If the size doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it. Please contact us at support@octavianoshoes.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be in perfect condition and worn only for trying on.
• Germany: Exchanges are free. We cover the return shipping and the shipping of the new size.
• Austria and EU: The customer pays for return shipping; we ship the new size free of charge.
