When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days from Dresden, Germany. Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days. Shipping costs USD 19.95 per order and is free on orders of USD 350 or more. US duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do the shoes fit?
Our shoes fit true to size and correspond to the standard European sizing chart. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us – we will help you find the right size.

Can I return the shoe?
Yes. You can return your shoes within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be in perfect condition and only worn for trying on. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price of the item; shipping costs and duties are not refundable.

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes, a size exchange is possible. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be in perfect condition and only worn for trying on. You pay for the return shipping; we ship the new size free of charge and cover the US duties for it.
