Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday).
For pre-orders, processing times may be longer. The exact shipping date will be communicated via email.
Delivery Time
    •    Germany: 2–5 business days
    •    Europe: 3–7 business days
Shipping Carrier
Shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable service provider. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving the goods to request a return. The item must be in perfect condition, worn only for trying on, and must be returned with tags and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
